Small B & Bs
Small guest houses and hotels with one or two letting rooms offering bed and breakfast, are often ignored by the big accommodation review web sites. We have found that they often offer a high standard of accommodation, sometimes even better than the much larger hotels, and provide a much more friendly, personal service. Small B&Bs are often excellent value for money. However, it is important to find the right ones and there is no better guide than personal recommendation.
